Verve

Hey There...
I’m the coach who lifts heavy, reads research for fun, and genuinely loves a good spreadsheet.
If you’ve been looking for smart support with zero judgment and zero fluff, you’re in the right place.
Meet Your Coach
Hi, I’m Madison (AKA Mads)—a health and fitness coach with a background in performance, injury recovery, and behavior change. I work with high-achieving professionals who want to feel strong, capable, and in control of their bodies again—without having to overhaul their entire lives to do it.
I’ve spent the last 11+ years helping driven individuals navigate everything from strength plateaus to post-injury comebacks, with a coaching style rooted in evidence, empathy, and straight-up honesty. My clients are often juggling demanding careers, complex schedules, and a deep desire to get back to the activities they love—and I’m here to help them do just that.

Verve was born from a simple belief: progress should feel empowering, not exhausting. That means no fluff, no extremes, and no guilt—just expert guidance, customized programming, and support that actually fits your life.
Our work starts with getting clear on what’s holding you back and what you want to achieve. Through a detailed movement assessment and structured conversation, we’ll uncover how your body moves, where it's limited, and what it needs to move forward.
From there, I’ll design a personalized plan that meets you where you are—physically, mentally, and emotionally. You’ll get a clear, step-by-step roadmap that prioritizes your recovery, builds real strength, and restores confidence in your body.
As we work together, we’ll move through a process that’s both structured and adaptable, with check-ins, education, and communication every step of the way. You’ll learn why we’re doing what we’re doing, how it serves your goals, and what’s next—so you’re never left guessing.
My goal isn’t just to get you out of pain. It’s to help you return to the activities you love feeling capable, strong, and in control.

If you're ready to move forward with purpose—and finally feel good in your body again—I’d love to be in your corner.
